biography
Evelyn Huber studied under Helga Storck at the Munich School of Music. During extended stays in the USA she concentrated on the jazz harp, studying under Deborah Henson-Conant and Carrol McLaughlin. She has toured with the world-renown clarinet master Giora Feidman, performed with the Schleswig-Holstein-Festival-Orchestra under Mstislav Rostropovich and accompanied the Bavarian hammered dulcimer player Rudi Zapf thoughout Europe from the Baltic States to Eastern Africa.

Together with jazz saxophone player Mulo Franzl (Quadro Nuevo), she performs at both 'classical' venues and and on the jazz stage.

Evelyn Huber is a member of the Jehudi Menuhin Foundatin "Live Music Now" and received a grant from the 'Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes'.

Next to her performance practice, she is on the faculty of the Munich School of Music since 1998.
